I have feelings for this guy. We recently got into an argument and he stopped calling. Although the argument was actually his fault, I deciced that it wasnt worth losing him over , even if he did start it.
He loves brownies,so to make amends,I baked some for him(yeah, you heard right!)and rang his doorbell.
He wouldnt take them. I asked him why and he wouldnt tell me.But when I finally dragged it out of him, he said that he was fasting(extremely religious background). All the while,I hear some other ***** in the background talkin on the phone!I asked him who it was, he claimed it wasnt his girl. i was so angry,I wanted to throw the brownies at his face. I guess he knew because he got upset and started screaming on me. We began to agrue again. I have never seen him act the way he did that day .It was like he was someone else that day. What to do ?

Details are kinda shady, were you WITH the guy or just had feelings? And honestly what WAS the argument about? So okay guy was fasting, that's understandable, if you didn't know then hey it happens, if you did i'd be kinda annoyed seein as how fasting ain't easy.

NOW with the girl on the phone, if you and him are seriously dating, then I can understand your concern cause damn that's jacked up.

BUT! If you just LIKE the fella, and it ain't no commitment involved, then honestly that's none of your business who he's talking to, in fact he probably was at that point moving on to someone else...and hence you should do the same.

So WHAT TO DO? Well honestly, there's too many dudes in this world to worry about ONE man who already gave you signs of how quick he'll stray upon insult...so why settle for less? Take it as a lesson and find someone better.

I'd say only try to make amends if the guy is SERIOUSLY worth it. In which this case compromise and apologies should be exchanged, and OPEN communication about how you feel n all that WITHOUT freakin screamin and insults would be the best medicine....thats' my 2 cents .

You know almost exactly the same thing happened to me , just a few day's ago - A friend of mine kept being a smart *** to me - yelling and cussing,I don't really know him all that well - But he totally disrespected me I had to tell him to get out - Come to find out he'd been taking a bunch of diet pill's- and pill's to keep him going - I haven't spoke to him since and I won't until he says he's sorry - Maybe your friend is taking something to help him ( fast) -- Sure sound's like it to me ?? - Don't let him treat you like that period !! --- Good Luck -- You sound like a real giving person - So I would stay away - Until he said he was sorry then I'd still think twice -- Pattijo

You tried to make amends and he rejected your offer. Move on, he sounds like a butthead and you can do better!
