I tried all the fad diets. But when i changed my portion size and started working out for 20 min a day it dropped the weight nicely. It is slow at first, but you keep it off after your diet is done so much easier because unlike things like Adkins, it is a life change that can be easy to hang on to.

Who new? Good ole diet and exersise?

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Ive had quite a bit of luck with Master Cleanse (see link or just google) and adding wheatgrass juice to my diet, as well as limiting meat intake and processed foods... if its in a box, its probably bad for ya! try to stick with natural foods as close to their natural state as possibly with little or no cooking....you'll not only drop weight, but you'll feel better too...ohh, and don't forget the tip americans hate to hear...ya gotta get active, if your losing weight, and not exercising...your probably losing muscle, not fat ...i went from 300+(lb, not kg ot stone thankfully ! ) down to 210 in around a year with these ideas....get out, have fun, enjoy life, go to a rave and dance all night once a week or so...you'll find its MUCH easier to lose weight if your happy...i know its tough to get to a place where your happy with yourself when your trying to lose weight, but it can be done..... turn off the TV (Maybe throw it out, or turn it into a planter), get out there and just do it.... remember.... everybody who isn't dead yet, is dieing, but very few who aren't dead yet are actually living :) good luck

The best diet is to just cut out all meats--become a vegan for awhile, i have been a vegetarian (not vegan) for pretty much all my life... i am slim, and very toned, and the best part of all, i feel beautiful and healthy, which i really am healthy, since being a vegetarian worked out so much for me i became a vegan.. it'll knock your socks off, i highly recommend you to try this. you will feel great
