I personally recommend bicycle sit-ups as it works out most part of the abs. For arms, i say push-ups. And for legs, maybe jumping jacks.

I agree with everybody else a good way to gain muscle or lose weight is by doing push ups,sit ups,walking,running,speedwalking. If your willing to spend a little cash i recommend a stability ball. with a stability ball your exercises well help you out more and really get you into shape faster. so that what i recommend. I hope it helps you to get in better shape.

Depends on what your goals are. Some basic exercises you can do with no equipment are walking( legs and cardio), pushups( great upper body workout,arms, sholders, chest) and situps( try the bicycle movement, lay flat on your back hands behind head, draw one kneee towards chest and meet it with the opposite elbow)

turn on the music and do streaches
get a video from the library and make your own retine for exercises
