All right. My girlfriend told me that, for about two years, between the ages of 15 and 17 (she's 19 now) this 21-year-old guy would just walk in and have his way with her with the permission of the foster parents. The guy's on dialysis. the foster parents actually told the guy to just strip her clothes off in front of them just because they wanted to see her. The only reason the guy was alloowed to walk in her room is because he literally told her to either sleep with him or suffer the rumors he was going to put out about her.
The church she went to is Protestant and told her that she wasn't a legal adult until the age of 22. Every one of them. They knew about her whole ordeal which was forced on her.
I'm Satanic, she's Christian, and hearing about this infuriates me.
What can one do in this situation?

Get out the good old Book of Belial, look up the destruction ritual, and kill the bastard. That is, if you believe in that stuff. If If you're like me, and live by LaVey's teaching but don't believe in magic (I call myself a Reform Satanist), then there's not a whole lot you can do about it. Take your girlfriend to counseling if she's traumatized (which she probably is, even if she doesn't think so) and hope the guy develops pancreatic cancer or something. Maybe show her the Satanic Bible and explain to her why she's wrong. I found that reading the Satanic Bible made me feel much better when I was going through tough times.

Well, honestly, I would try to report it to the police, as much as I dont like them, I'm not sure what the statue of limitation is on it..
The fact is, legally, She is an adult at 18, she's 19 now, the church may not recognise this as so however, and by not reporting it to the police, the church is risking penalty of legal concequences too..
These kind of things infuriate me too (Not because I am also satanic [LaVeyan] but because no matter who you are that is wrong) I know Satanism has doctorine against rape/child molestation, I dont know if christianity does.
Reguardless, that is rape/sexual assault/child molestation, report it to the cop

I think it should infuriate you regardless of your religion.
I'd say your options are to find the guy and smack the living hell out of him along with her foster parents, or at least ask her foster parents some MAJOR questions that better have some good answers, report the situation to the police, and be as supportive of her as possible.

Did you know that satan is the one that leads one to do exactly what has happened to your friend and you worship him and that people that go to church are more of a target of his hate and influence than those who aren't. If we were to kill everyone that has gone astray then the world would be without a person on it. I get so confused sometimes and you do to so learn love and forgiveness and forget getting even or revenge and live in peace or live in frustration for the rest of your life! After all your a bigger person than this and you know love because you love this girl so let your love grow for all people, both good and bad!

She is not in a church. She is in a cult.
Since she's now an adult in the eyes of the law, regardless of what the church may say, she needs to get out immediately. Far away, if possible. Restraining orders should be used liberally if needed.

I am a Christian and what happen was horrible. God is Love and would not force his belief or anything on anyone. What happen to her should be reported and the Foster Parents should be dealt with.I can not imagine what she went through. I am so sorry about what happen to her and you having to know this and feel helpless.

Fundies aren't very smart or tolerant, so this is to be expected.
What you can do is press charges, and get the guy locked up. Sue the foster parents for not doing something, I don't know, put some JUSTICE in this world.

i'm a christian and i have never heard of such a thing happening.
now there are christians and not only christians but other religious people that even though they believe in a higher power doesn't mean that their minds are right. so if her foster parents did allow this to happen then it has nothing to do with christians but it does have everything to do with her foster parents. but i'm sorry i don't believe this crap that happened to her. i think she's just telling you this because you're a satanist and she wants to get on your good side. it's so sad to see a girl that is willing to give up her christian beliefs for you!

Talk to your district attorney. Ask him if she can talk to the guy that did and tape it. Put the guy in jail. Then get a normal lawyer and sue the church. Rember everything is based on what you can prove.

Without concerte proof you'll have a tough time, but if they did it to her they could do it to others and Goverment does take action on verifyable complaints against a Church doing sexual abuses.
