hey love, why don't you purchase some Mylanta at your local pharmacy. Normally, it is an antacid, but in this case it has a soothing effect on a sunburn. It is white and chalky, but the mint has a very cooling and soothing effect and will, in fact, relieve the burn... so love, don't hesitate, purchase some straightaway

somethin called afterburn

Use cool cloths on sunburned areas.
Take frequent cool showers or baths.
Apply soothing lotions that contain aloe vera to sunburned areas. Topical steroids (such as 1% hydrocortisone cream) may also help with sunburn pain and swelling. Note: Do not use the cream on children younger than age 2 unless your doctor tells you to. Do not use in the rectal or vaginal area in children younger than age 12 unless your doctor tells you to.
A sunburn can cause a mild fever and a headache. Lie down in a cool, quiet room to relieve the headache. A headache may be caused by dehydration, so drinking fluids may help. For more information, see the topic Dehydration.

There is little you can do to stop skin from peeling after a sunburn—it is part of the healing process. Lotion may help relieve the itching.

Other home treatment measures, such as chamomile, may help relieve your sunburn symptoms.

Ok- what you have to do is us ALOE, like the blue stuff, you just later it on ur back, legs, face, wherever your sunburn is. it's amazing and you just use how ever much. A generous amount is what i use-i burn easily. but dont put ur clothes back on after you have applied it on the said spot. let it cool, just lay on the bed, couch, floor, ect. and just let it soak in... it feels OH SO GOOD!

use an ointment or cream with aloe vera in it. That will ease the burn and stop the itch, especially if you can find one that is an aloe vera and lidocaine mix.

Soak a wash cloth in vinegar and lay it on where you are burned. It may smell bad especially if you don't like vinegar, but it will work.
