but the best way to utilize the pot is just to smoke it. you end up using a lot more when you cook... but get a great high.

somewhere in between. An empty stomach can make it not such a fun time...it can really make your heart race and make you pretty sick or jittery. A full stomach can lessen the effects. If you are somewhere in the middle, it should be best. Remember, eating pot is nothing like smoking it. It's way more intense and feels way more like a 'drug' than when you smoke it, so don't eat a lot to begin with. It can also take up to 90 minutes or so to kick in, so give it time before you decide to eat any more.

idk, but i read of a method to heat up pot in oil, place the mess in fillable capsules, and then drop some at your leisure. the only danger might be riding out a real intense high, as opposed to smoking where adjustments can be made relatively quickly. just remember it just might be illegal where-ever your at.
