is heart beat sounds and feels like its skipping beat every four beats hes shaking only when he breathe in and he seems to be really tired and hard of breathing

There are emergency vets that stay open 24 hours a day. You should take your dog there. Call them ahead of time and tell them you're coming and explain his symptoms. If you don't know where the emergency vet is, look in the phone book or call your regular vet - sometimes they'll have emergency numbers listed on their voicemail. He needs to be seen by a vet right away.

Get your dog to the vet, unusual heart beats could mean many of things. Only the vet can tell you what is going on.

Congestive heart failure...go to the vet right away, or he will have a heart attack and die!
Phone the after hours or emergency numbers...look in the phone book, call all vets until someone will see you...you will have to pay, but you must do it to save the dog. Look at his gums...are they pale? Is he making coughing sounds? When he walks does it seem like he has a sore leg? If he's doing that, please tell the vet...his heart may be failing!!

You need to find the emergency vet in your area and go right away. Could be nothing, but why take the chance.

GET HIM/HER TO THE VET NOW!!!!MY DOG HAD NAMONIA AND DIED.ANOTHER DOG OF mine got it,went to the vet in time,she was fine and still living but thats what happend to both my puppies
