You could try using Microsoft Access or similar program. You can e-mail me and I'll try to explain the idea I have if you are unable to do it yourself.

The initial question is: on what is this software going to run?
Is it for a web-page? Is it to be run on a stand-alone PC to be clicked by visitors?
On a web-page, you could use something similar to what I use on my artists web-page (www.skytargets.com, then to "non-commercial area of interest", artists.) Clicking the artist picture goes to their gallery. This solution requires a web-site, of course!
On a stand-alone PC, you could write a small program, especially easy if you use VB6 or similar.
Finally, you could write HTML pages (webpages) that you keep on your PC, and call them using IE7... from your PC.
You can email-me
