easy (sort of) 1. think about what your kid likes ( like what kind of food maybe candy ice cream pizza) make sure you know that he or she would do anything for it 2. cook some meat bla bla bla 3. when your kid is at the table and says ewww i hate meat or pushes her or his plate away say i will give you or make you then say what ever your kid likes. after that your kid will eat all the meat but in a few days if he or she remembers say next time when we go to the store
i will get you some candy or something then you do that bla bla bla there your kid ate meat.

There are a lot of different ways to do this. First of all, there are so many different types of meat and many different ways to prepare it. Have you ever tried grilling fajitas? Or maybe you could make a casserole that included meat. There are also chicken caesar pitas. The above meats have a lot of flavor, and perhaps the child isn't eating meat because the meat you're giving him doesn't have enough flavor. I know I was a really picky eater when I was little, and really needed flavor on all of my foods. So I guess, just be as creative as you can and try and tap into what you're child loves to eat, and just try and random stuff, throw things together, see what tastes good. Have fun with it!

They really dont need meat. If you give them pleanty lof protein and a daily vitamin with b12 they should be fine. They have childrens protein shakes that you could give to them also.

You could also ask your kid what kind of meat they like. Some kids just dont like certain foods. I didnt like milk, still dont, and if my parents had forced me to drink it I would be tramatized. My mom couldnt stand bananas, and still cant eat them.

Just make sure that your child gets proper nutrition and they will be fine.

Okay... So I think that I jumped the gun on giving the first answer a thumbs up. I thought they had my idea.

I think that you should encourage your kid to help you cook the meat. Maybe if they help cook it they will be happy to eat it.

Well, if your kid doesn't like meat try giving more cheese and other protein sources. And make sure your kid is taking a multivitamin, because most kids don't get all the things they need, no matter what they eat......

It's healthier if you don't try to get them to eat red meat. If it's just a protein deficiency problem, egg whites are pure protein, but if your kid doesn't like egg whites by themselves (egg yolks have a lot of cholesterol) you can actually add raw egg whites to any fruit smoothie, which will give it protein and make it frothier. (Salmonella comes from the yolk, not the whites so you can safely eat the whites raw.)

lol, give more detail to ur question. Does ur child dislike meat? Does ur child not like the fact he/she is eating meat? what exactly is the reasoning. Maybe u should make it taste better and if he/she is trying to be a vegetarian, support it!

Why does s/he need to eat meat?
Some people are just naturally vegetarians. (like myself)
If your child does not like to eat meat, why force them to?
They will be healthier as a vegetarian anyway.
If you are worried s/he will not get enough protein, feed them eggs, almonds, and soy; It is pure protein and the body can absorb it easier than the protein in red meat.

I have the same issue with my son. He loves schnitzel however, crumbed, served with lemon wedges. Lemon is good to have with steak too, and kids often love it. They dont need much red meat however, serving size about the size of there hand is plenty.
