This is incorrect French.
accueillir is a verb that must be used in the direct form such as,
" I will welcome my guests . "
In the phrase " Welcome to France my friend " this is what one would say, " Bienvenue en France mon ami ( male ) / mon amie ( female spelling )

Accuillir means to accomodate. It doesn't seem to make sense.

Lizzie is right; I've always seen it expressed as "bienvenue" and assumed "accueiller" was an alternative. Thanks for the lesson!
