Why not...You could try classmates .com, there is a military section and if that person is listed on that site, more than likely they put there military time on there... Or Contact personal on the base you were stationed at...Tell them you are looking for this person, they can not give you a last know address but ask if they can send a letter for you...More than likely as you know we use our parents address when we enlisted, so at least you may be able to get in contact with them, then they can get you in contact with the person you are looking for...It may take some work and it may be worth it....
