Someone told my guy that i was only after his money when we started seeing each other I had no ideal what he had.So I want to prove to them that I'm not after his money.

There is nothing that you can do legally about this matter until you were actually thinking of marrying which is where you would have your legal contract, at that point you could have a prenuptial agreement drawn up to protect is assets. There is no need to do this under the condition of dating since you would have no claims to anything that he owned. Don't worry about what others say about you, obviously someone has a problem with him dating and is jealous. I wouldn't worry too much about it and if he does there is nothing that you can do about it either than to just continue to be yourself and show him that you are only interested in his company. I am sure that if you are not asking him for gifts and other expenditures he will soon realize that it is him that you care about and not what he owns.

Why try to prove it? He should ultimately decide for himself, based on how he perceives your content of character.
