Sometimes I can be talking about how cool something is, or how well someone did something, and my eyes will start to tear-up, as if I am going to cry. Other times I will be thinking of something in my head like what I will be doing in the future, and again my eyes will tear up. This also happens when I am talking to my boss or am being yelled at. I have had this my entire life. Anyone know what is the cause of something like this?

Yeah, pressure on the eye. It's probably related to your facial expression that goes on your face, or the minute changes in facial expression you make during certain events, or when you're thinking.
