You have combination skin. Cleanse your T-zone twice a day with a strong cleanser (your forhead, nose and chin), and be sure to use a moisturizer with your cheeks. There are moisturizers that also help get rid of acne. Exfoliate at least one a week.

Okay here's what you do: Wash your face like five tiems a day. If you're at school or work, go in the public restrooms to do it. NEVER touch your face. Not even to rest your hand on your hand, you know? Get some prescribed acne meds---they work wonders. Use SOAP and WATER.

I have the exact same problem. I simply use benzoyl peroxide, which I buy for a buck at the Dollar General store. I just applied it to my entire face and within a week, my acne was completely gone.

*The first few days of its use it had a sunburn "sting" affect to it, but it was so worth it.

try a wash with salicylic acide, but only use it on your tzone, and where ever else is oiliy but avoid cheeks. once a week, after using face wash, apply a clay mask, makes your face really soft. and also, right after you wash your face, apply a non comodgenic lotion mainly on your cheeks, to help lock in moisture especially after washing face, best not to apply any to tzone but a little sometimes is good, cuz you dont want to dry that part out

you have combination skin... welcome to the club...

i suggest using a mild face soap like phisoderm-- it won't clog your oily pores & won't dry your cheeks. then you can apply spot treatments-- moisturizer to the cheeks & acne treatment to the nose (if needed).
