No they can't but for guys, if you act like your giving it out, they're going to assume that you aren't a virgin and try to get some from you. It's all in the way you dress and act. If you dress like you want guys all over you, then thats how they're going to behave around you.

Certain guys can tell depending on their education on the matter.

The 1st thing checked is the hymen because it usually breaks in 3 or 2 places usually (varies) towards the 12' 6' 9' o'clock positions when penetrated - like 2% of women's hymen is flexible and doesn't break however these still show hymen widening after frequent penetration. Estrogen also affects this but you will have to research that yourself.

Some go by tightness alone however this is misleading because the vagina has the ability to tightened itself - a woman who is not a virgin will feel really tight if she had sex say 3 years ago but has not has sex since then - also there are excesses that allow women to constrict to feel tighter.

Then there is the behavior of the female which is usually shy and inexperienced however there is such a thing as acting !!!

A very unreliable and popular technique used is looking at body below the torso and above the knee because of the belief that after a women begins to have sex their body changes to prepare for the incubation of a child - however such changes can come from puberty, diet, genetics, lack of exercise, etc...

There is also the rebuilding of the hymen if she is willing to spend 5,000 U.S. dollars on the plastic surgery - these artificial hymen won't make her bleed unless she springs for the extra money to have a tiny bag positioned on the fake hymen to simulate bleeding this has unique tell tells but it's enough to fool the average male.

A side note on bleeding most women will bleed on the first penetration however 8% of women don't bleed due to natural traits - and also some women (few) bleed during intercouse long after they have lost their virginity.

By anything physical, no, not really. People say things about having a hymen intact, but that really isn't a good indicator today because girls who are athletic (gymnastics, horseback riding, and wrestling are the big three that do this) will have already ripped theirs through physical activity. 20-30 years ago when females never/rarely did those sports to the extent they do now, the hymen would have been a good indicator. And to address the "tightness" comment, women are built differently. Yes, if a person has sex a lot her vagina will be a bit wider, but just because a woman has had sex once or twice doesn't mean that the next time she has sex it will be incredibly wide.

However, a person's emotional response can tell whether or not a person has had sex before. Like some other people said, if a girl throws herself at a guy or knows too much about sex (different positions, ways to spice it up, all about foreplay), a guy could probably safely assume that a woman knows too much about sex to be a virgin.

Maybe not with 100% accuracy, but after you spend a little time with another person (male or female), it becomes increasingly clear whether they've had any sexual experience (and how far that experience went).

Also, I wish to debunk a popular myth (that vaginal looseness is a function of sexual experience):

My ex-wife had "been with" more than 5 guys before I met her, plus she had 2 kids by her ex-hubby of 9.5 years. I was a virgin, and after thousands of our couplings, she was still sometimes awfully snug (occasionally to the point of discomfort for me).

Lube was never a problem: she'd get soaked whenever she saw me. About 9 months after I divorced my ex-wife (a stupid decision based in religiosity), a friend and former colleague talked me into sampling her goods.

She was divorced, had a teen son living with his dad, and had been with "about 5,000" different guys during the period her ex-hubby had pimped her out to support his drug habit -- and she had additional experience with boyfriends, etc.

Despite that, and despite plenty of lube, it was like trying to fit "mini-me" into a straw: there's just no way to describe how tight she was.

So, what I'm trying to say is, contrary to the stereotype, being with a lot of guys or doing it a lot doesn't make a woman "loose."

Vaginal "tightness" or "looseness" is mostly genetic -- although Kegel exercises can increase the woman's muscle tone and control (and as the muscle develops, can make the passage slightly tighter).

I hope this helps clear things up.

They can't tell just by looking at you, but guys can only tell whether a girl is a virgin or not by feeling her vagina is tight or not, and if your a virgin, it is. If guys put it in and if they can just slide it in without any trouble, well then usually he would know that he isn't the first one to have put it in the vagina and he will know that.

There is absolutely no way that a someone can tell if you are a virgin or not. What's more it is none of their business and if they ask you tell them so. You sexual history is your personal business and nobody elses. You don't need to share you previous sexual information with anybody including a guy that you may be dating. In fact you should keep this history to yourself unless you have a sexually transmitted disease that may endanger their health.

no! not really, but we can tell if you are sexually active or not, the vagina is a muscle that expands when it is penatrated, which means the more sex you have, the open it will be. so if you have sex every blue moon it will be very tight, and not so easy to get in. BUT if a virgin has rough sex on her 1st try she will bleed or in other words her cherry will be popped!
