It can cause irritation and combined with stomach acids, stress, bacteria etc it can cause an ulcer, the juice and oranges themselves are very acidic. You should avoid spicy foods, tomato sauces, citric juices, medications like ibuprofen because they irritate the lining of the stomach, excessive coffee on empty stomach and spices like black or cayenne pepper. Things that soothe are the mints like peppermint, spearmint, etc then ginger, dairy products coat the stomach if you aren't allergic, soft easy digestive foods. You might need meds if the ulcer bleeds, tagament and pepcid help they are over the counter now, and there's always maalox and liquid antacids, rolaids, tums, etc.

Citrus culmination can surely reason that. shop on with milk or water until it heals. attempt employing fairly baking soda as a paste on the ulcer and and rinse it off. which will help it heal speedier.
