1.alright, i now bite my nails. not so much that they hurt or bleed, but so there kinda really short, but It doesnt get in the way of what im doing. ive tried: acrillics, sitting on hands, bad tasting nail stuff, the elastic band, and just thinking of stopping (which i do stop then after about 2 days i do it without knowing).

2. i have acne. (aged 11, ive had my period) and its bad on my forehead. i wash my face 2 times a day with St. Ives apricot radience wash and it works for my sister but not for me. ive tried eggwhites, baking soda and water mix (made my zits really red=not good super noticable) the face wash, more face wash. i want something that will work and doesnt cost alot like pro-activ solutions...and that i can buy at wall mart or the drug store. or any home remidies that you have.

please if you can answer eather of these please answer them! (woah...kinda dont understand that but w/e XD)

1. I used to bite my nails and now i have acrillics, and i still bite through them, i know the feeling, but you can just (i know this is embarrassing) but where gloves. Thats how my mom stopped. I've tried all the things that you have and i havn't stopped either. The only time i did was when I was in the hospital and thinking about other things. That lasted about 2 weeks.

2. Try the pro-active that walmart makes. It works just as good, it comes in 3 or 4 different steps and it's cheaper than Pro-Active.

1. For the nails, I really don't know what to tell you to do. I just recently stopped with sheer will-power - plus I had a lot of stress taken off of my shoulders. As soon as stress re-entered, I started biting again. 2 weeks ago, I decided to stop again and did it out of will power. I don't know any other way - I'm sorry.

2. As for the acne, I am in no way, shape, or form a salesman. I DID have the best results using Proactiv when acne was a problem for me. My ex-girlfriend used it as well (at the age of 23) and it worked for her. Another really good solution is to use benzoil peroxide. It dries out the pores and clears out the grease, which causes acne.

To answer the acne question: You should stop by your doc's office - he can prescribe a topical medication that contains active incredients such as antibiotics (bacteria cause acne) and products that dry the skin and reduce oil (like benzoil peroxide) or other topical meds like retinoic acide, all of which are known to reduce acne. Stuff you get without a prescription, if your acne is more than just mild, doesn't work well.

to your 2nd question: I suggest any neutrogena product, such as a mask or something. but it could also do with your hairstyle, i found that when i first got "side swept bangs" my forehead got more acne and i realized it was becacuse my hair was oily and constantly touching my forehead, hence more pimples. If this is the case then i suggest you wash your hair more

2.
I use AcneFree from Costco, sometimes it takes my zits away by the end of the day! It's not that expensive (I don't know the exact cost) http://www.acnefree.com/af

(it also advertises on the box that it's better than ProActive)
