Ok, Im only a high school sophomore but i have questions about scholarships.
First off should i even look into them yet? i mean i have the good grades but i dont know if i will be able to go to college unless i get some type of scholarship(s). I have a 4.0 so could that affect scholarship thingys? and also i need good websites that will help me find them, b/c the websites i have gone to really are only concerned with high school juniors or seniors. well please help me if you can!

My children were awarded scholarships through our high school upon completion of the first semester in college. The colleges they attend also have offered scholarship packages. Try your local service recruiter as well, I do know that Air National Guard offers a great education program. Good Luck!

Look into colleges first than start looking at scholarships. Some colleges have alumni scholarships that can range from a couple hundred dollars to a full ride. Plus theirs always financial aid packages, well unless your parents are loaded lol

There are a few places that have helped me first off understand scholarships the first is the library I know most kids wont understand but there are many great books on what and how to get scholarships the second is your schools guidance counselor it is never to early to start talking to her/him on how and why to get scholarships, and the last is this web site http://www.mycollegeguide.org
it can answer almost any college questions you could think of.

Some places to look for scholarships are http://www.fastweb.com
and http://www.Schlorships.com. Have a great day!
