Can't get him out of my head HELP!!!?

ok so ther is this boy that i "went out with" (if you can even call it that) in 6th grade. I am now in 10th grade and moved away last year to a new school and there is not a day that goes by when i don't think about how STUPID i was for dumping him. I even have dreams about him all the time. I mean, its been 4 years, and i need to move on, but i just can't!! HELP!!!!!!!!!
