O honey - welcome to the world of "hot flashes"

Sometimes it's just like a little switch is thrown at the back of your neck and your whole body "flashes" or just parts.....

Welcome to the "peri-menopause".....The heat flashes are part of that fabulous change of life time....along with irregular cycles...mood swings....and a host of other truly wonderful symptoms. These all can last up to and beyond 10 years. Right now make the most of the fact that THIS is all you are experiencing and start preparing yourself pyshically and psychologically for the roller coaster ride of a life time!!....Stay fit, stay well, stay positive in your outlooks on life and your body. Best wishes and stay cool!!

2 words.....Hot Flashes. Like it or not. They creep up your back and then go from head to toe, and before you know it you're wanting to rip off your clothes and find the nearest freezer section. There are meds you can take that are all natural. I cant think of the name, but you can find at any pharmacy or walmart.
They do help....I know from experience.
