rest assured becoming muscular does not happen by accident. it takes years of dedication and desire to be that way...

women produce about 1/10 the amount of testosterone that men do. it's the last thing you have to worry about, trust me...

NOT TRUE!

So the answer is...

YES you can lose fat without being muscular!

There are two different things:

Exercise & Working Out

You would need exercising because you don't want to work out.

I recommend running or leg-ups (whatever they are called)
Exercise until the fat is gone.

Working out is like exercising but you over do it and you gain muscle mass, so you don't want that.
