Yes it is. Tourettes syndrome is where there is something wrong with your nervous system and your brain can't control it all the time. Cats have nervous systems, so it is possible.

Yes it is possible for a cat to have tourrete's syndrome. I know people who have cats that have diabetes, seizure disorders, and depression. If it's bothering your cat you should take it to the vet. They can take the same medication we do, I know my friend's cats do and it's not that costly.
