You can't. That kind of information would only be maintained by the county/town for liscense information, or the AKC would have some kind of info....but non of those are going to share that PRIVATE info with you.

I dont think that kind of info would be released. I dont think anyone has a list list like that. The city doesnt keep track of what people that have regestered dogs, they only keep track of how many pets you own, and what they are like (1 dog and 2 cats). You could just ask around the neighborhood if anyone knows a registered dog owner in that area. You could go to puppyfind.com and look at what dogs are for sale in what state and look on the sellers info and find out what city they live in and what other dogs they are selling. you might have to sign up though to get that info, but if it makes you money somehow it might be worth it.

Carry flyer's at bark parks or advertise in the Yellow pages. A store front would help. If you can't afford one try a mobile service where you go to their house then expand. Advertising/establishing clients in grooming takes years. If your good, word of mouth will travel quick. If you have money look up groom shops in your area and see if anyone is shutting down, you can often buy lists.

Where there is a will...there is a way! Contact a direct marketing firm, from who you'll be able to PURCHASE (for a couple of hundred dollars) a list narrowed down to your specifications. Either you can send a mailer yourself (the more affordable way) or pay the Direct Marketing Company to do that also.

One firm to try: Mallady Direct Marketing. Located in Santa Clarita CA, they are both reputable and reasonable.

Good luck with your business!

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/crAOY

If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.

It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

You can't and most people hate unsolicited flyers. Post your flyers on supermarket bulletin boards. A small privately owned pet store may also let you post flyrs.

Animal Control or the county would have that list (rabies registrations), but I don't think it's lawful for them to release that information to you.
