I am a veteran and I also work at a VA hospital. All the guys I come in contact with, are wounded vets and they all wish they could be over there right now with their units, back in action. Someone on here said they work at a VA hospital also, and that 95% of the vets think its another Vietnam? I don't know what city you are in? I have yet to hear one vet young or old compare this war to Vietnam. My older brother is in the Army in Iraq right now, and he is willing to do whatever he can to make it a better country, and I agree.

I'm not a soldier or a veteran, but on one point I do think it is, and on another I don't, but I don't want to get into that. Personal I think that we should not think it our selves because the moral of the people standing behind the men fighting is just as important as the moral of the men fighting. But that's just my 2 cents.

There is apparently no way that the US military can fight the left wing bias of the media.....yes...it is a hopeless battle...they want the military to lose and are doing everything they can to make it happen.

Try asking the troops, you know the guys out there fighting your "hopeless battle". Most of the ones I know would say no.

I'm not in the military, but in my opinion, yes. Think of the Vietnam War, the americans were being overrun by the communists because there were too many of them. If the US have too many enemys in the middle east, there will be problems.

No

The troops are fighting for our future. They are in harms way over seas so that we will not be in harms way here in the US.

You are someone who will suck the life life from our military so that you can be be free, yet at the same time disparage them for defending the constitution.
