First off, leave your house. Walking is good exercise and socializing is too. Secondly, how old, tall, etc. are you? And why do you need to lose that much weight? So take a few deep breaths, and get ready to diet, okay, go...alright, you are now on a diet program. Whatever it is you have planned (lots of fruits and veggies, small dinners, daily exercise, etc.) start IMMEDIATELY! Don't put it off til tomorrow or you'll be putting it off until the beginning of July and then you'll end up hurting yourself.

Remember, slow and steady wins the race.

Work out multiple times during the day, low impact, take walk when you're bored, etc. But start working out tomorrow morning when you get up, even if its just some jumping jacks and pushups. That's not enough for the day, but it starts things out right.

Also, find a friend or family member who'll keep you on your diet and who WILL NOT allow you to slack or give up.

So thems the 3, start now, be slow and steady, and find a friend to help. Oh, and Don't Cheat!

Drink tons of water and to lose weight, you need to cut about 500 calories out of your daily calorie intake. For example...if you usually get 2000 calories per day, you need to reduce this to 1500 calories per day.

Also, a good investment is wrist and/or ankle weights. They come in many weight increments, starting at 1-2 pounds. You just wrap them around you wrist or ankle and carry on with your daily activity. You won't notice after awhile, but you'll be exercising!

Do you have small weights? You could even use full soup cans or water bottles, and do lunges around your house while holding the weights.

Walking takes a lot of weight off as well, but speed walking works much faster than strolling. Carry weights as you walk and listen to some music to make it seem shorter :) good luck!

Sorry- that's not a healthy weight. Why do you want to look like a skeleton? Women are supposed to have body fat and curves. Why can't you leave the house? Do you think you're so hideous at your tremendous weight that the world will be repulsed by you? Get a reality check. Eat less- move more. That's how you lose weight.

Not sure how tall you are but anything under 100 pounds seems too small. I would aim for 110-115 pounds. Cut out bread from your breakfast and lunch. Eat fruit for breakfast. Salad with chicken and low-cal dressing at lunch. Fruit for snacks or a low fat cereal for snacking is good. Grilled chicken or fish for dinner with steamed veggies for dinner. Work out at least 30 minutes 4 times a week.

Once again, don't strive to be 90-95 pounds. Think how awful Nicole Ritchie looks.

Since you say you need to weigh around 90 pounds, you must be under 5 feet tall. If that's not the case stop kidding yourself.
In any case, don't be afraid to pack on a little muscle. It feeds off what you eat and if you combine 2 hours of good cardio workout a week, you'll be fit in a few months.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.

Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Try to eat more healthy foods such as salads and foods with less carbs. Then you must exercise maybe on a treadmill, if you have one. If you don't have one then you should walk around the house and be very active. Even small activities are good for loosing weight, such as cleaning the house.
