There is always 3 ways to do everything in MicroSoft Office programs.

Select the picture. Right click and select Show Picture Tool Bar. It will pop up somewhere on your screen. It may be up in the menu bar if it's been docked. If you want to undock it, there will be a dotted vertical like on the menu. Just click, hold and drag down onto screen.

On menue bar, select View, Toolbars, Picture.

Or you can manually crop it by double-clicking the image, select the Picture tab. At the top of the dialog box you'l be able to manually put in dimensions on the Crop from section of the dialog box.

Also, if you are cropping a lot of graphics you'll need to delete the cropped areas from your presentation. If you don't, your file size will become very big and unmanageable. To do this, double click on the image, select the Picture tab. On the bottom left corner of the dialog box, select Compress. At the bottom of that dialog box under Options select Compress pictures and Delete cropped areas of pictures. Once you do this, you will not be able to uncrop the images so be sure that you are really done with what you cropped out.

Good luck.

OIn the dropdown menus along the top select view, select toolbars, check the picture option, this will bring your picture toolbar up where you will see the crop button. Click on the crop tool and then resize your picture.

right-click the picture, then select Show Picture Toolbar. The crop tool is on that toolbar.
