A six megapixal picture takes up about 3 megabytes of storage. A three megapixel pictures takes up about 1.5 megabytes of space. A 1gb memory card contains 1024 megabytes of space, less a little for the formatting. Do the math.

examine the Manuel. also it varies hugly on what number Megapixels (mp's). for instance, I easily have a 4 Mp digital camera and may want to get about a million,2 hundred images on a a million GB card to furnish you a concept. wish I helped, jujola11

It all depends on the size of the photos. The larger the photos the more pics.

it depends on the quality settings. on super high quality, my olympus holds around 300
