ok my hands are always cold and my moms are all warm but i cover my self with a blanket and put gloves on and they are still cold. does anyone know why?

Could be poor circulation.Try warm water.

If you smoke, quit because smoking will interfere with circulation and make your hands colder. There are simple hand exercises you can do shortly before bed, such as squeezing a rubber ball that will increase your circulation and hopefully warm up your hands.

Sounds like poor circulation. If you get cold easily in other parts of your body, it could be you are low in iron.
You need to see you dr. and they'll determine the problem. You may just need to take an iron pill.

Sounds like you have bad circulation. I would ask a doctor about this. they could give you the proper answers. and it might be something vital that needs attention. I have poor circulation also but not so much my hands but my feet. mine is because of a bad heart. I have meds for it. God Bless .Please look into it.

You could have Raynaud's Syndrome. You should see a doctor and get it checked out.

there are a number of things it could be bad curculation low
blood pressure just to name a few but i recommend you see your doctor as it could be something more serious

you might be suffering from malaria..??? why not consult with a doctor/physician? they're the best persons to examine your condtion...
