what are the ways or simple exercises to lose weight? except going to the gym? i tried the "seven days miracle slimming pills" but they are bit expensive and it seems has a bad side effect in me...

im looking for natural ways if possible.. somewhat that doesnt involve money/expenses... it could be a best diet or exercises to lose weight... and with my 5' heght, age & weight, what should be my ideal weght supposedly? i hope you all could help me, thanks a lot...

my sincere apologies to previous answerers, i think i got wrong computation of kgs to lbs.. just as im 57KILOGRAMS anyway & a 4'11" to be exact in height... so they say that i am obese because i have large body figure but not to large, and i really want to be a bit leaner if possible.. so please continue giving me your helps or anwers please? thanks again...

Your healthy weight is anywhere from 95-127lbs this depends on your body type. You are not obese! If you want to shed a few pounds do plenty of cardio 30-60 min. 5-6 days per week and lift weights to get your metabolism going. Eat 5-6 small meals per day and aim for a calorie consumption of 1,200-1,500 per day, consisting of 40-40-20 (40g carbs, 40g protein and 20g fat). Currently I weigh anywhere from 98-100 lbs throughout the day and I am also 5'0 feet, for me I am at my healthy weight, because my body type is very petite...you may also be at your ideal body type, everyone is different. Your body has a set weight, and will eventually stay put with the right diet and excersie program.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

believe it or not a good way to lose weight is actually to eat, eat 4 or 5 times a day, small portions, this does 2 things: 1) make ur stomach smaller but staying full 2) increases ur metabolism. when u eat 1 or 2 times a day ur body stores it as fat to use when needed, when u eat more often ur body burns it up as fast as it can thus increasing metabolism... and yes the foods u eat do contribute to weight loss or gain

The ideal weight for someone your height and age is between 102 and 127 lbs. You are not, by ANY stretch of the word, obese. You're not even fat.

i have notice that watching what i eat and not eating anything after 7pm and jumping on the that running thingy helps i don't jump on it every day i should if i really want to lose the baby fat anyways just make it simple i started taking does envy pills i'll let you know how that goes.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
