I'm not the biggest fan of milk, but like it in cereal and stuff.

Is Silk healthier than Milk?

Soy milk regular or vanilla does not taste anything like milk. I really like the 8th continent soy milk esp. the vanilla which sweetens plain cereal. I use soy for everything but I do not like it in coffee because it just seems to water it down. The light soy milks have like 60-80 calories a cup compared to regular fat free milk which has like 90-110 or something. Just try it out and see if you like the taste.

Yes! I love Silk. I think it tastes like milk. I drink the regular type(in the red carton). Much healthier than milk. Excellent with chocolate as well as strawberry!

It is definitely healthier than milk. It doesn't taste anything like milk though, but its good. I like the texture of light Silk better.

No, it is soy. Naturally it will have some soy taste. Try it. it's good for you. I take it all the time with my cereal and oatmeal. Also, try Silk chocolate soy milk. I think it taste better that all the other brands I've tasted.

It doesn't taste like 2% milk but it's really good. I'd have to say that when it comes to soy milk 8th continent would be my favorite.

I'm not sure, but I drink milk from a company called Lactaid, it's real milk but lacks the lactose enzyme, which actually makes the milk a little sweeter. It tastes very similar otherwise.
