I was home for 6 years before returning to work. Scary stuff- I feel your pain. Try part time if your type of work allows it. Otherwise, jump in with both feet and I PROMISE you will survive. It is like riding a bike! And that paycheck will help smooth the creases if you know what I mean! Be brave and take a breath. JUMP! Good luck from one working Mom to another!

It will happen naturally & before you know it you'll feel like you've never been away. After a baby though your priorities change so you may never feel as motivated as you did before since your motivation will be to get home to ur child now.
