can anyone tell me about what weight/height your standard poodle was at 6 months and how much they weighed/measure when full grown?

Just over 1100 pounds.

I know they look tiny...but they're solid!

It honestly is hard to tell without seeing him in person. Although there is a "standard" weight for a dog breed, each and every dog is built differently. What has you vet said about his weight? At 14 weeks he should almost be done with his series of puppy shots and dewormings. Wellness is a good brand of food to feed. If you are really concerned then you should have you vet check him out to make sure everything is ok. There are some medical conditions out there mainly in smaller breeds that can make them not gain weight properly. Also parasites can be another reason. Like I said, please get him checked out by your vet if you are concerned. Good luck!
