I understand that Major has taken over EGV and now the largest theatres operators in Bangkok. Its gold class (cost is ~ 2 to 3 times more 200 - 350 bht depending on which day of the week) provides jumbo reclining seat with leg rest and blanket. It will make you feel like you are watching movie at home.

I know Pinklao Central movie theater has them in the first class seating. I would guess most of the first class seating theaters have them.
