Without hurting his feelings? Because usually when I express how I feel it comes out really blunt.

It's getting boring because can predict how the evening will go. I go to his house, he opens the door, says hi, and he kisses me, the same way the same time. We watch TV for a half hour, then it's time for dinner, after dinner, we watch more TV for an hour and a half, any by then, I'm totally bored and tired of watching TV, he'll put in a movie, and after the movie ends, he starts to make out with me, and then it's time for me to go home, and we leave the same way. It goes like this all the time. It's so linear and predictable. I'm so bored, but I don't want to be mean and say right out. I've been with him for almost a year and I'm about to meet his parents. I don't want to lead him on, especially if this is not going to change. Any help?

I've even told him that I'm tired of watching TV, but we still end up doing that every time I come over.

cndrll_1613's: He's not into dancing or clubbing, or anything that is "active social living". I think all he finds fun and entertaining is movies, TV, and video games.

i think u should tell him the truth. he'll get hurt ofcourse, but atleast u were honest, and you'll be relieved, if he takes it the wrong way, then call it quits, if he asks you what you wanna do, then thats good. I've tried it, 'coz i was sooo bored, then talk it over, what other things you could do together except watch some tv.

why don't you make plans for you to do something. say that you thought you could spice up your relationship a bit, go out dancing or partying or idk... meet each other after dinner that way you don't get bored with each other before it starts gettin interesting. Do something that keeps you moving so that you have to stay in the moment and so nothing is predictable. you could also say that you would like to take things to another level, i don't neccesarrily mean sex but you could try some other things to keep your relationship interesting. try staying away from a couch, if you need something to lay on use a bed kk lol. if you are finding that things still aren't working out for the two of you then i would break it off.

suggest going out to a movie and dinner and see if he takes the bait. if not you might consider finding a boyfriend who is not such a homebody
