Thanks for the quick responses. It's just a bit too gold and I wondered if that "blue" shampoo might help. My salon is always a mad house so I'm sure I won't be able to get in for awhile. What about a color depositing shampoo like artec? Otherwise I think I'll wait a few weeks and try herbal essences? Any thoughts? THANKS!

So, if I'm understanding, you want your highlights darker than they currently are? If so, you could get some semipermanent hair die the shade you want your highlights to be and use that over your whole head.

yes, go DIRECTLY BACK to your hairdresser and NICELY tell her that your highlights are not the shade you wanted--could she PLEASE make them more beige?
