it depend on your stride. when i got my pedometer, they had a formula...i measure my stride then plugged into the formula...i walk close to 2,000 steps and it = a mile for me

It really depends on the length of your stride. The 10,000 steps is only to maintain your weight and not necessarily to lose weight. I would say it is better to say you need to have some kind of physical activity for 30 minutes each day. ;)

depends on how tall you are and the length of your stride.do you have a measuring tape?measure the room. walk and count your strides .do the math 4 you .

i say around 1-4 miles...depends how long your legs are...height...how big of a space in your step...all kinds of other junk...so i say it would be around the 1-4 mile area
