What's the difference between a Neo Natal Nurse, and just a nurse that cares after the newborns in the hospital? I've just recently found out that they're different... I'd like to become the nurse that cares for the newborns (Do they have a specific name?) because I don't think I'd be able to cope with the stress of sick and dying babies all day long. Anyone have any insight? I keep trying to do yahoo searches, but I'm only getting information on colleges and what classes to take, etc.

Yes. I know that... I'm wondering, really, what the nurses are called whom are the care givers once the baby is first born. the non-sick, non-premature ones. such as the one's who look after the babies in the room where all the newborns are kept. lmao, i have no idea how to describe the room...
