So this guy texted me and said he would like to go out with me and i replied that yeah we should do something someday, he said ill call u tomorrow but the call never came (that was like a week ago). I am interested in this guy but im very shy and dont want to call or text him but i am very curious to know why he didnt call or if he still want to go out with me, what should i do, contact him or wait?

Guys are genraly distracted.. go ahead and call.. he'll probley be so non-chalant that you'll forget the hole "he didn't call me thing.. just have confidents in yourself. Try not to focus on why he didn't call you back because thats a web of negitivity that you spin from your own head..just keep it real & simple Just call! If anything it shows you have BALLS!

Of course it is! Guy like it if you take off some of the pressure of them and asking him out will do it. He might have been thinking about asking you out all week but just doesn't have the courage to.
Maybe that's why he texted u in the first place and not called you because it's less scary than talking.

I think you should call him and ask him why he didn't call you yet. Or maybe he just got nervous...
I had the same problem with one of my recent boyfriends. He was always shy and quiet, but he never talked to me. I did most of the talking on the phone and all he did at lunch was sit there, and ocassionally ask me a question. I REALLY liked him and sadly, he broke up with me Thursday...I cried for 4 hours.
Good luck, I hope you get to be with him. And it's perfectly ok to ask a guy out!

If he hasn't called or texted you within the week that you guys wanted to go out then that either means he's into you but too shy to ask you out or he's just not intrested anymore. Wait another day or so and then call him and see which it is.

Maybe he's just nervous or something. He may or may not have been serious, it's hard to tell unless you ASK. I would call him and ask him out for dinner or a drink. It might be hard to ask him because you're shy, but he might just be waiting for you to make the first move, some men prefer that. If he says no, then at least you went for it anyway. Good Luck!!!

there isn't any right or wrong. maybe u should text him instead of calling. that is, if you don't feel right about a girl calling the guy to ask him out. hint that you would like to spend some time with him.
maybe he was busy and forget to call you as he promised.

If you are interested you should call him. I don't think it is wrong for a woman to ask a guy out because I think it takes alot of confidence to do that

i think you should text him but dont ask him about that because there is a chance that he found someone else, let him bring the subject up. maybe he thought you were going to call him!!

I would give him a call, but if he doesn't have a good excuse then I would do the same to him and dump him on the date.

why not? what have u got to lose? could be a million reasons why he didn't call u,but it doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't want to see u. u never know until u try.who knows...
