Here's what I found out from their website-

"For discriminating consumers who love premium hot dogs and deli meats, Hebrew National kosher products provide a uniquely superior taste experience because they're made with the best quality ingredients that meet a higher standard.

Hebrew National is a leading kosher meat brand. In addition to the brand's best-known beef franks, made with 100 percent pure kosher beef, Hebrew National produces a wide variety of products, including salami, bologna, knockwurst, flavored sausages, corned beef, pastrami and franks in a blanket."

I think they have the best flavor. We had them last night!

Besides the purity of them, I have found that I do not get gastric distress from them, so the additives must be minimal. The same is tru of Hebrew National salami.

I doubt they have bi-products because they are blessed by a Rabi. They are kosher - which means they only have the good parts of meat in them, none of the junk.

I only ever buy the Hebrew National brand because I know there isn't any extra "stuff" in the hotdogs that shouldn't be there.
