Thank you. I asked this question to show that atheists are not mean like a lot of Christians think. I am a christian and yes I would help an atheist in the same situation. I wouldn't be pushy about my religion, I would leave that up to God. You should just tell them and if they don't like it, I let God do the work. We shouldn't jam it down their throats. Good answers. Now my question, will you please pat yourselves on the back for me?

Sorry - I don't have good enough hand-eye coordination to do that. The last time I tried to pat myself on the back, I ended up needing a chiropractor.
Even watching Barry Horowitz's instructional video for self-back-patting didn't result in any marked improvement in my back-patting ability.

So what is your point?
Non believers shouldn't need to care what believers of any religion think about them.
Don't need any pats on the back.
Belief is just plain silly no matter what the religious belief is. Even if you think it puts you on some higher moral ground, which it doesn't. It puts you on a lower moral ground because you cannot verify any of your beliefs.
