it depends on your height and weight together. There are websites out there that help you to understand where you stand in your age group. But as long as you are keeping up with a healthy diet...like cutting back on junkfoods, eating regularly portioned meals, only eating sweets and goodies every now and then (Not every hour can be considered as every now and then!!)
then you are headed down the right track. That's like, 50% of your weight. The other 50% should be made up of a fit bod. (Girls like that...if you're a guy then buff up, a girl then you understand~!)
But if you do need to get fit, then the best way to do it is to run or swim...which builds endurance, confidence, and a nice body...or join a sport or just do something that you like and can be consistant with.
So yeah. That's all. I'm a teen and i've researched this like 100 million times and i've come to see that what you weigh depends on your height, your fittness, and balanced meals.

It depends on you height and bone structure. A more correct question is what should your body mass index (BMI) be. I think a BMI below 18 is considered anorexic (that might only be for adults, I'm not sure), but I don't know how high a BMI is to be overweight. The link in sources takes you to a BMI calculator. The BMI calculator will tell you whether you are a healthy weight or not (and I believe what percentile in your age group you fall in) in your results, just type in the required information.

it depends on if you are a boy or girl, your height, and if you are really muscular or just plain fat.

It all dependes on your height! for example 5'8"= 126-154lbs!
