i am sure you really like her, but most girls dont like it when you come on too strong, especially when they are teenagers and know that they dont have to commit. however, you could start off by asking her how she feel about love and the age she believe that people can fall in love from. if her answers suit you, then tell her you love her. make sure she knows that you're for real,as she may feel that you just want to get with her(if you havent). maybe your not in love, maybe your on the rebound, be careful not to get hurt again.

don't tell her you love her until you REALLY, REALLY, REALLY mean it. The word is so misused now-a-days that it basically means nothing to say you love someone. Secondly, you shouldn't tell her you love her if you are worried it will scare her off. She could be offset by such an omission. Your parents will agree with what they know you will be happy with, so don't worry about it. They might be stupid for a while, but they really do want you to be happy. If I were you, I'd wait a while.

tell her how you feel about her. tell her that you really like her, that you like being around her and whatever else you wanted to tell her. If you never tell her how you feel, than she won't ever know. I think everyone is afraid of rejection but if you never take a chance on something than you'll never find out how good it could have been. Then it's up to her to decide how she feels about you.

Those three words if you have just been dumped not too long ago and just met a new girl is too early to say. Anyway, the three words are simple "I LOVE YOU" but bet at your age it's just infatuation.

well if you think she likes you a lot and your relationship is going to last then do it just take a moment when you are with her alone and tell her how you really feel about her if want may want to do it one night you go out or just invite her to your home. I hope it all goes well ;)

first you need to make sure that your feeling for this new girl is real and that you are not just on the rebound from this other girl.second, ask indirect questions to see how she feels about you.it would be a shame to put your feeling out there and she doesn't feel the same way.

Talk to your parents first, and ask them for their honesty. You wouldn't want to upset them. Then, talk to the girl straight up.

If you really love her, you should be able to start a casual conversation and then after awhile be able to come out with it.

You never should say that to a woman, and you're lying to her and to yourself. It is sick to say that. It's something you do, not say. You're too young. Grow up and stop with these lies. It's terrible.
