I would have to say middle eastern, and not because of all the stuff going on over there. Have you ever called the cable company or something about a bill and you get this customer service person with a heavy middle eastern accent that makes them impossible to understand and all you get is frustrated????

every kind of english accent. hey don't get me wrong. I'm American and I don't like any of the English accent. In other words, I don't like the English itself. I'm learning a few other languages and hopefully move out of this country and live in some other countries that doesn't speak English.

Accent or language??

I find it very difficult to relax for a manicure or pedicure when all the women are talking at once in Vietnamese...I'm sorry if that offends anyone....I am there to relax.
As for an accent......I am getting tired of speaking to ANYONE who has trouble speaking English, whatever the accent, when they are in "Customer Service."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Middle Eastern and no it has nothing to do with politics. It's those gutteral phlegmy sounds I only make if I'm dying from the flu.
