eat a bunch of protein bars, run another mile, but run further, run a little longer EVERYDAY, after do sit ups and crunches no matter how much it hurts. eat vegetables, fruits, pasta, and chicken --no fast food-no grease-low fat

make sure u eat the protein bars-- when u do all your working out it will burn the fat

If you're trying for some weight loss, it's better to do a steady exercise than to just run a mile. Your body starts to burn fat for energy after about 20 min. of steady exercise. If you want to firm up your abs, don't do regular sit-ups; they're bad for your back. The crunches are fine. An ab workout book that I used to have that was really good was "Legendary Abs" published by a company called Health for Life.

You're on the right track but not going to happen in a week. You should first run for time and not for distance. Run for a minimum of 30 minutes a day will help you reach your goal faster. But you will not notice significant result until about a month to two months, depending how hard you work.

Go onto amazon.com and look up Rapid Results Pilates

It has five 10 minutes sections that cover the entire body. Each section is divided up into a body section so you can do the ab section and thigh section more than once since those are your target areas.
