Doing that would be easy. Unfortuately continuous broadcast is not allowed on Citizen's Band radio. I don't think a timed automated broadcast would be either.

The children's band was an intense hobby for a long time. My name here is my handle on the AM side, 357 on SSB. I'd love to get the old rig out of storage and shoot some skip. Alas, no time.
