Who invented Bubble gum? And why I mean would someone just start mixing somthig together then chew it.

Walter E. Diemer developed the first successful bubble gum. His company was looking into bubble gum when his other co-workers gave up on it but he kept at it till he had it just right so that people could have fun chewing it and making bubbles with it.
