Diet Pills are dangerous! I used Hydroxy cut and didn't lose a pound. I am losing weight the all natural way and I have never felt better. I have lost 23 pounds so far. It's been almost a month. check out this website. http://itgirlguide.com they have a page with pictures. Plus Hydroxy cut is expensive. why spend that much?

Heard all it does is increase your energy thus giving enough fuel to exercise. It also minimizes your food cravings or lose your appetite. On top of that it will really make you go to the bathroom ALOT and also makes you more thirsty.
So overall it does ultimately help you---gives you more energy to exercise, minimizes food cravings, will make you thirsty(thus making you drink lots of water, therefore increasing your metabolism---and water does indeed increase your metabolism).

no..there was just a story out about a group of these products being fines huge amounts of money for false claims about weight loss

I used it years ago and it did absolutely nothing for me but increase my heart rate and made me feel gittery.
