I don't know if the niacin and alcohol will interact, but I can tell you from experience that taking too much niacin will cause your skin to feel like you are being punctured with thousands of ice picks, your skin will turn red and splotchy, you will have hot flashes and generally feel like you are gonna have a stroke. Too much niacin is not a pleasurable experience. At least I didn't enjoy it. You will find lots of niacin in weight loss products. That's what helps boost the "buzz" you get from them.

Not a good idea. Both niacin and alcohol both are required by the liver to get rid of. In fact niacin works on the liver to reduce blood lipid levels. So stay off the sauce while taking drugs, your liver will thank you.

All I remember about vitamin toxicities is
KADE
These are the oil-soluble vitamins, and can be toxic if you seriously overdose.
Niacin is one of the B vitamins.

My favorite drinker says to put a huge glass of water by the bedside and drink it between the binge and the morning.

Yes, you will turn bright red (temporarily) and be very, very hot.
It's a stupid idea, don't do it.
