I have dark brown hair and eyes, but normal skin with pink undertones. what color highlights would look best on me?

I'm mixed with dark hair and dark eyes and when i went in for highlights my stylist gave me honey/golden blonde. It looked amazing. But if you don't want a big change, just a color 2-3 shades lighter would look great too, that's what i'm a right now and i love it.

For highlights, you want medium or light brown with golden hues.
The gold won't be gold because of the red in your natural color.

Seek out a senior colorist at an Aveda concept salon. They get it right most of the time.

go with blondish highlights to lighten your hair to go with your skin. Don't go red because that would just look worse.
