I wanna lose a few pounds and tone up m stomach a little. what can i do?

Walk on the treadmill and do crunches.

Try weightlifting, running, playing sports, limited TV and internet usage, doing pushups/situps and eating right.

exersise & eat right like going on a diet no fast food for like 6 months
